Research Intern | Jun 2024 – Aug 2024- Derived the output of a compact optical comb generator using ring resonators and a time-dependent phase modulator driven by a low-frequency RF signal in Professor Yoshiaki Nakano’s lab.
- Developed MATLAB simulations to optimize coupling coefficients and ring sizes for the desired comb spectrum.

- Analog Theremin: Built an analog theremin using heterodyning; simulated circuit behavior in LTspice.
- FPGA Chromatic Tuner: Implemented a real-time chromatic tuner on Artix A7 FPGA using Vivado/Vitis for signal acquisition and processing.
- H.264 Intra Prediction: Implemented and analyzed 4×4 luma prediction modes from H.264 in Python.
